Hi, I am Maria Schmitz McGuirk the owner and designer at Modern Edge Kitchen Solutions, LLC. My love for design started when I was very young. I can remember as a young child drawing out a room and envisioning where I would move or place the furniture to improve the space. Design has always been a passion of mine, and it is something that I am so grateful to be able to share with my clients. To me, the kitchen is the heart of the home, as it is where family and friends gather. It is where we share food, laughs, and creativity. It should be a space that’s welcoming, mixing beauty and function. After many years designing for various area businesses I am now living out a lifelong dream of owning my own business.
